The transition seems to be slower than average due to mortgage interest rates and, up until recently, stable home values. In a nearly unprecedented move, builders here in the valley are posting price reductions on newly built homes and projects already in the works. In my opinion, this is a can’t-miss opportunity for home buyers because the minute the market picks up (historically this would be mid to late January) these price dropps and incentives are certain to go away.
