Bill was always no more than a phone call away when I wanted to check out a property to potentially purchase. He made the entire process as painless as possible. Back in 2009 Bill also helped me through the buying process when I relocated to Arizona from Western New York, and he got that house sold for top dollar in November of 2020. There were 8 showings just one day after hanging the for sale sign, and we got offers from five of those potential buyers. There were three more viewings the following day with two more offers. If all goes well for your buyer and we finalize the process I was thinking that if your clients agree I would really like to put one of your Real Estate signs on the front lawn showing that you were the person that sold our home. If you would like and if the new owners agree. You are such a wonderful person to deal with and we would like our neighbors to know this.
