Home Inspection or not? By Bill Salvatore with AZVHV

When asked sometime, do I need a home Inspection? You do, not that you are not qualified to inspect yourself. A licensed home inspector is trained to not miss the small things. If anything it gives you piece of mine. After you close and put on a Home Warranty, having an inspection helps. We have a few Inspectors that we have used over the years and are good with their job.
