Choosing the right Realtor:  By Bill Salvatore with AZVHV 

I am asked this question so often, “how do I know which Realtor to choose”?  Great question and the best way is to sit down face to face and talk.  You will get a feel right off if you connect.  Ask for references to check out is a great way to research.

I always tell a client up front, you don’t know me and I don’t l=know you.  Let’s give it a couple of days and feel each other out.  After two visits, you should be able to decide if I know my job and that I can do my job well enough to help you make probably you most expensive purchase ever.  If after the second visit, we do not click, then we will move on.

Fortunately I have been doing this job d=for 10 years and have not been fired yet.  J
