Thank You Thursday – It’s an Honor, and I Appreciate Your Trust in Me

I greatly appreciate my customers and clients, every single one.

But one client in particular placed an immeasurable amount of trust in me recently, and I would be remiss if I didn’t thank him for his faith and confidence over these past 11 months.

Ski first contacted me by text last November, after discovering that my Real Estate specialty is working with Veterans and VA transactions. He indicated that he was an 100% disabled Army Veteran from Massachusetts, and would be relocating all the way across the country. Ski has a wife, two young children and a service dog so this would be no small achievement, and truly an adventure for his family. But he fell in love with Arizona on previous trips and was determined to make his home here.

Ski chose to buy a new construction home so it could be adapted to suit his needs. Fortunately Ski is well versed in technology because his entire transaction, from choice of location and design to necessary modifications and general minutia, from contract to close, was handled from 2,300 miles away, by phone and online.

Ski and his family moved into their beautiful, brand new home yesterday and I couldn’t have felt more honored to have been his ‘keeper of the keys’ so to speak.

This Thank You Thursday is dedicated to Ski Nalaskowski and those like him, folks who have given more in serving their country than anyone can imagine.

Thank You for your service Ski, and for entrusting me with your valuable investment. I feel humbled to have been selected for such a significant task.
