Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa Arizona Real Estate Market Statistics.

Days-on-Market for homes for sale in the East Valley, have been slowly increasing for the past few weeks. Chandler and Mesa find themselves at nearly 3 months for median days-on-market at 84 and 89 respectively, while Gilbert comes in at 78.

Median List Prices are stagnant even though inventory has been steadily falling, due to a decrease in overall market activity. Gilbert and Chandler Median List Prices hover right around $350,000 and Mesa, $284,900.
