Inventory of homes for sale in Gilbert is up this week, perhaps indicating a slight slow-down in Real Estate sales in the Valley. On the other hand, it’s possible that with school getting out, families are now comfortable putting their homes on the market. We’ll see where the trend goes in the next couple weeks.
