Queen Creek, Arizona’s infrastructure is working hard to keep up with all the residential New Construction going on there. Queen Creek’s popular Town Center shopping district has been around for awhile but it’s about to get even better! Sprouts Farmers Market and HomeGoods will anchor a new 20 acre retail site at the corner of Rittenhouse and Ellsworth. Starbucks, restaurants, a fitness center and a pet supply chain are all slated for the first wave of businesses.
Massive road improvement projects are currently underway to support new business and many new communities like Harvest at Meridian, and Sentiero, brand new neighborhoods that are presently in the works. As a matter of fact, the local MLS lists 93 New Construction homes for sale in Queen Creek and there are many more that do not appear in MLS. I’ve provided a link to Queen Creek’s MLS inventory of brand new homes for sale here, and another that enables you to search New Construction all over the Valley, that does not appear in MLS.
