Here’s how it works:
1. Call me before you visit a new construction site. As your Agent I work for you, NOT for the builder.
2. Together, we’ll visit the new construction sites that you’ve chosen.
3. You decide on a builder, model, customization and design details.
4. As your representative I will advise and assist you in the purchase contract process and throughout the transaction.
5. I will return 25% of my commission to you at closing, to use toward your closing costs, pre-paids and fees.
