I’m never surprised (though always delighted) that Gilbert and Chandler are highly rated in so many studies and surveys . I call these reviews to the attention of my clients every day. Real Estate sellers of course are pleased, as should buyers be! Isn’t the mantra “location, location, location”? See that water tower in the photo just below? That’s not only a relic from days gone by. Gilbert has, like they always do, constructed public grounds just below and around it. There are fountains for children to play in, seating areas and a park-like atmosphere. Chandler has a similar mindset and public parks and walking trails abound. Check out their web sites. It’s a great place to visit… but then you’ll want to live here !!

Starting off our top 10, Gilbert has good schools and one of the better median days on market (real estate, property for sale) ratings at 50 days.
