Best Places for Halloween? Gilbert, AZ Makes the Top of the List Again!

WalletHub makes lists. It’s what they do. And though Halloween is a favorite holiday of millions of folks, do we really need a list of the top spots for Halloween in the country? Indeed we do!

Halloween connoisseurs across the country have spoken and Gilbert, Arizona scored big the Best Cities for Halloween. WalletHub’s post confirms our nation’s obsession with this spook-tacular holiday; “This year, the average U.S. household is expected to spend $102.74 on Halloween expenses, from decorations to treats to costumes. Collectively, that’s about $10.1 billion.”

The city of Gilbert has ranked at or near the top of the lineup in dozens of surveys and studies: the Best City for Families list, Best City for Remote Workers, People with Disabilities, First Time Buyers and Home Flippers… the Best City to Buy a Home in general. Gilbert ranked at the very top of MoneyGeeks study on places that Latino’s are faring well financially. This year, Gilbert is ‘One of the Coolest Places to Visit’, along with their most recent classification of 15th in the entire U.S. for the Best Places to Go for Halloween!

Gilbert’s scores were over the top for Trick-or-Treater Friendliness, Halloween Fun, and of course it goes without saying- Halloween Weather.

WalletHub points out, “Even if you’re not prone to spooking, there’s always something interesting to learn about Halloween. For instance, 20% of people plan to put costumes on pets, and 79% of parents admit to stealing candy from their kids.
