Real Estate inventory in the Greater Phoenix Valley is notably low right now which would normally prompt home sellers to feel that it’s seller’s market. However market activity in general has also been moderate which indicates some consumer uncertainty, longer days-on-market, and a noticeable price plateau.
Great news for home buyers? I would say so. Ridiculously low interest rates coupled with lateral or even downward migration of home prices, factor in less competition, and the result is ‘The Perfect Storm’ for Home Buyers!
Historically there is a slight flurry of activity in the Real Estate market from end of Summer to the holiday season. We haven’t seen this yet but expect to within the next 45-60 days.
