The inventory of homes for sale in the Greater Phoenix Valley is paralleling a similarly reduced demand, resulting in a static resale market. Not really surprising considering the beginning of the new school year. If history is a predictor, the real estate market will pick up briefly before the holidays and resume ‘normal’ activity sometime around mid January.
