I’m going to keep this short because what inspired Officer Stoddard already says so much about him.
Mesa, AZ Police Officer and U.S. Army Veteran Sean Stoddard is our honoree this Thank You Thursday as he sets out to help other Veterans transition back into civilian life. Motivated by his interaction with troubled Veterans and statistics on Veteran suicide, and inspired by the verse “The Starfish”, Sean’s ambition to help Veterans has grown from a once-yearly recognition dinner with the assistance of the Boy Scouts, to personally organizing support groups and hosting networking and social gatherings for Veterans, their families and the community. Here is Sean Stoddard’s inspiration:
