Earlier this month we closed another home through the AZVHV Heroes Home Advantage Program. This particular transaction happened to be a Teacher.

Paul Saggau is a Teacher for Special Needs children, U.S. Marine Veteran and a remarkably dedicated man. He squeezed in evening showings, and even made himself available for a 6:30am signing so that he wouldn’t be late for his students that morning. He and his family found a great home near friends, and very importantly with a community pool… exactly what they were looking for. Mr. Saggau’s deep commitment to teaching made such a strong impression on me that I wanted to take this opportunity to thank him for his devotion to his profession and to our community’s children.

Our gratitude this Thank You Thursday honors all Teachers. I think we sometimes forget the selflessness that the teaching occupation demands, and the daily positive impact Teachers have on our kids.

A heartfelt Thank You goes out to all teachers throughout the country.

We are honored to have helped 15 Heroes through the program this year, and to have given back somewhere around $19,000 plus thousands more in negotiated Seller concessions, to assist with their closing costs. I love this job!
