Rep. Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona recently worked with an Army Veteran Josh Tucker, to reunite him with Ellen, the Military Dog he served with. AZCentral recently published the story.

Josh suffered traumatic brain injury while serving in Afghanistan and now suffers from PTSD.

It was a two-year struggle but they are together now and it’s a good thing. Ellen recently alerted Josh’s wife to a seizure that might have proved fatal.

Customarily, military dogs remain overseas. Congresswoman Sinema’s new bill would return the dogs to the US for their handlers or other Military men and women to adopt.

Great idea, no?
