About 35 miles off the beaten path, North of Phoenix and South of Flagstaff, lies a tiny little town, by definition a Ghost Town, called Cleator. And it’s for sale!
Ghost Towns are not necessarily uninhabited, as is the case with Cleator. Real people live here, albeit current residents number only eight.
Cleator was originally established in 1864 as a gold mining district and though largely abandoned in the 1920s, was still occupied by a member of the Cleator family until 1996. Decendents of that last Cleator family resident are now selling the town.

The bar has been there for decades and has slowly expanded from a literal hole in a wall, to a sprawling complex popular with day-trippers, off-roaders and bikers.
