Day 1-30

-The seller/listing agent submits the short sale approval packet.
-The lender confirms receipt of the packet.
-The offer is submitted to the lender
-The file is reviewed for “completeness”
-A BPO is ordered by the lender
-Many loan servicing companies will simply tell you to “wait 30 days” for someone to contact when you submit the offer. They won’t even tell you why, they will just tell you to wait because that is how the process works.
