Clearly I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. ~Bill
One lucky lottery player is Arizona’s newest millionaire, but he or she might not even know it yet.
Someone purchased a winning ticket for the Pick, a six-number random-draw game, for the Oct. 18 jackpot worth $3 million, but no one has come forward to claim the prize.
The ticket was purchased at a Circle K store near 40th Street and Thunderbird Road in north Phoenix.
The winner has 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim the prize and only 60 days to take the winnings in cash. After 60 days, the prize will be paid out as a 30-year annuity.
