What can you tell me about various communities, what each one offers, and what is allowed by the HOA?
You’d be surprised at how different the Phoenix Valley’s communities can be. Some are incorporated and others are not. This is important to know by the way for both value and convenience.
Amenities offered vary greatly and HOA fees are all over the map. The Valley has a number of planned communities or PUDs where everything from social clubs to recreation, schools to retail are integrated into the fabric of the neighborhood.
Active Adult communities are everywhere. Some offer golf, clubhouses, pools, walking trails, even their own neighborhood post office. Some have everything from mobile homes and condos to luxury residences. Others have a huge selection of amenities and others still are seasonal and cater to vacation homes and RVs.
A remarkably efficient highway system keeps most communities accessible however, if you’re looking for a little extra privacy or a home for your horses or livestock we have that too.
There aren’t too many neighborhoods that I’m not familiar with. And I am determined that there will be no surprises when you choose yours. I’ll make sure you have your CC&R’s in hand well before the time of closing and urge you to read them.
Whatever it is you’re looking for in the Valley of the Sun, I’m sure we’ll find it for you.
