Once a city kid, always a city kid? People are moving more often, and according to the statistics in the video below, people who live in a large city tend to relocate to another large city. This is a fairly recent trend. As recently as the early 2000’s there was a fair-size movement toward outer suburbs.
Mid-size cities like Phoenix have been working hard to attract Millennials with construction of eco-friendly and luxury apartment complexes and expansion of entertainment, shopping and restaurant districts. Perhaps the larger cities have caught on!
