I always feel thankful when I can take the “big check” to a signing. All closings are exciting, happy events but I’m especially excited when I get to say a special Thank You to my client, “Thank You for your service and Thank You for just being you.”
I was able to thank two heroes with one check this time, Thomas and Amy Hertter. We closed their Phoenix home on Tuesday. Thomas is an Army Veteran (we had a lot to talk about) and Amy is a Teacher (in my humble opinion, the hardest job in the world).
I said it before but it bears saying again. Thomas and Amy, Thank You for just being you.
