Eastmark is a beautiful, brand new planned community with neighborhoods ranging from Active Adult to Luxury Homes. There’s such a variety of new construction homes that there are actually nine builders involved. Wonderful parks, entertainment and recreation areas inside and out, walking trails, and a community ambiance like no other. I thoroughly enjoy bringing buyers to tour these incredible new homes. ~Bill

Concerts
Eastmark’s First Friday Concert Series returns
March 6, pairing live music and local eats for an
evening of free entertainment under the stars.
This year’s series kicks off with music by Bounce, an
Arizona dance band performing today’s R&B, hip-hop,
funk and dance hits, as well as classics. BuzznBeez
Food Truck will sell Southern-style comfort food.
Concerts will be held 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. the first
Friday of every month through May 1 at Eastmark’s public
event pavilion, located in The Eastmark Great Park.
They are free to the public.
The park’s Splash Pad and its Orange Monster play sculpture
will be open to entertain small children, and concert-goers
are invited to bring blankets, low-backed chairs and picnics.
Bands to come include Arizona Blues Company on April 10 and
DSB: An American Journey, a Journey tribute band, on May 1.
